Canadian Prairie Bison

Bison Burger

2 pounds ground bison trim
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 onion, small dice
1 large carrot, grated
1 large egg
1 raw potato, grated
1½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon rosemary, thyme and oregano
¼ teaspoon pepper

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Form into bison patties. Serve on a toasted bun with traditional sides.
